What Is Binary Representation

To find the binary form, we treat the whole number and the decimal part separately. For the whole number, we keep dividing by 2 and writing down the remainder. We then read these remainders backwards to get the binary integer. For the decimal part, we keep multiplying by 2 and writing down the number to the left of the decimal point. We stop when the fraction part becomes zero or we reach the limit of precision we need.
