What Is Chara Dosha Score
Chara Dosha Score is a number used in Vedic astrology. It estimates how much "movable" energy is in a birth chart. Movable signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. A high score may suggest a life with many changes or travel. A low score may suggest a more stable life. This score helps people understand their chart's nature.
How Chara Dosha Score Is Calculated
Formula
Total Score = Lagna Points + Planet Points
Where:
- Lagna Points = 10 (Movable), 5 (Fixed), 2 (Dual)
- Planet Points = Malefic in Movable (+3), Benefic in Movable (+1)
The calculator checks your rising sign first. If it is a movable sign, the score goes up. Then, it checks where the planets are. Planets like Mars and Saturn add more points if they are in movable signs. Planets like Jupiter and Venus add fewer points. The sum of all these points is your total score.
